Unless you take a hammer to the phone, youwill never get it open. The instruction manual makes it looks so easy. It is NOT. Don't do it. I thought my Motorola was bad--it's nothing compared to this wreck.Nokia 6267 Soft Black Phone (Unlocked) DO NOT experiment with putting in the battery and trying out the phone before putting in the SIM card because you will never ever be able to open the battery compartment again. This phone is a piece of s--t. I am about to return mine before I throw it into the wall.
